How do I add MP3 files to a I am designing a website in
Microsoft Publisher 2007.
When I try to insert an MP3
file and then view the website
preview, the file does not
play. It comes out as a
graphic only.

Hello there. Since Publisher has always been a tool used more for desktop publishing, I would recommend something that is a little more adequate for building websites. If you are familiar with Publisher and like microsoft software, you might want to look at using Frontpage. However, being a designer and a web design firm owner myself, I recommend going with something that isn't so basic. (In other words, Frontpage tends to make the code look terrible) Adobe Dreamweaver is a good product and there are many tutorials out there on the program which will have you up and running in no time. Also, you might want to check youtube.com for info on adding any type of media to your website. Hope that helps! |

I am thinking about purchasing I am pretty much fed up with
apples' cheap products and was
wanting to possibly purchase a
Zune or Samsung or something
and was wondering how to get
music onto it? Do you use
Windows Media player? Does the
MP3 player come with it's own
software?

I know the Zune comes with its own software which you much use to load the player. The Samsung players, I'm not certain, but I think they can be loaded with Windows Media Player. If you are considering other non-apple players, there are a few I would suggest as my favorites. - Sandisk Sansa e200 series (I have the 8GB model of this player and love it) - Creative Zen - Sony NWZA 810, 820, or 720 series or, if you just want something that plays audio files and not video, check out the Sandisk Sansa Clip or the Creative Zen Stone Plus. Sansa is also coming out with a new player called the Sansa Fuse which looks pretty cool. I load my player with Windows Media Player and it works well and easily. It does require software to load photos and video, but not to load audio files. You can also drag and drop files to it with Windows Explorer. |

What is the easiest way to I don't have a cassette deck
and am not a HUGE fan of the
fm modulator's to play my mp3
player over hte radio, and
don't want to replace my
Civic's stock radio with an
iPod ready one...
so what is the easiest way to
connect the two? I assume
adding an audio auxillary
input is a little more
involved, so would just
hardwiring a wire to come
through the center console
somewhere be easiest?
