...The World's Columbian Exposition — also known as The Chicago World's Fair — was a World's Fair held in Chicago in 1893 to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus's arrival in the New World. Chicago bested New York City, Washington, D.C. and St. Louis, Missouri, for the honor of hosting the fair. Whats the difference between i have a research paper on,
what i though was, the Chicago
World's Fair... But i looked
it up and i found two
instances. One: the World's
Columbian Exposition hosted in
Chicago in 1893 and Two:
Chicago's World Fair hosted
in, obviously, Chicago in
1933. What is the difference
between these two fairs?

You can try searching for Louis Sullivan he is the designer of that building. I know that was the year that they released the 1st issue of the Columbian Expedition stamps to the new world honoring Columbus. It was also the first year that Cracker Jacks were introduced. |
