How can I make a Warren Buffet For Public Speaking I am doing
an informative speech on
Warren Buffet the investor,
and Warren Buffett the
philanthropist. I already have
some of the facts like Buffett
became rich from Berkshire and
that he plans to donate a lot
of money to the Bill and
Melinda Gates foundation.
But are there any interesting
facts you guys would mind
sharing with me or an idea to
make my speech stand out from
the rest. I am the only one
speaking on Buffett in this
class, but others are doing
him during different classes.

Well, this ignores key facts and listening to someone who lost over $10 billion dollars in four months is not a good idea as he makes the big three look good. What happens to capital if you sell your stocks? It is saved and money does not disappear it just quits working. So if a company was worth $250 million and it is worth $20 million in stock value from over selling what can it pay? More then the value of the stock. If I sold $100 million in stock and have that capital in a bank what should I do? Buy a over sold company and double my money in a single quarter. What if companies are widely reporting profits as they starting to? It becomes a buyers market. Infact the mass buy in would create a increased index ratio leading higher numbers with less capital and changed credit markets will lead to a dry up of imports leading to exports growth. The Chinese are not dumb they know that their economy is propped up like ours was and they will need that bond money. |
