Questions/Answers
What legal issues do you haveto consider when starting avideo arcade?
I'm considering starting my own video arcade/LAN gaming business. Are there specific legal or copyright requirements that I have to consider with the software companies if I'm charging customers admission to play video games?
It matters where you live, for one part. You local business license office will tell you of specific license needed to operate in the area, and tax requirements. I am guessing your talking about Console type gaming? To minimize risk contact the console manufacture and software publisher to find the specific rules they require for the items you will be using.
How is the payment of thevideo arcade in Liberty of TheSeas?
Im going there but i dont know if its free, or how does the video arcade work.. Also, id like it if anyone knows if: -It has 12-14 nightclub (names please) -Soccer court -Any electronic shop inside?? Thanks, will give points and best answer Thanks a lot! But i really need to know about the video arcade.. :( Nice about the courts and fuel ! Ugh, no thanks about worldtour..
On Deck Twelve there is a teens-only club called Fuel where you can hang out, dance, and enjoy music. Also on Deck Twelve is the Living Room which is a laid-back place for hang and chill with new friends. There is a Sports Court where they hold tournaments of basketball, volleyball, soccer, and many other different sports. The Royal Promenade on Deck Five is a place where you can go to a realxing library, an upscale bar, boutiques, pubs, dining, and easy access to the Centrum's four-story stairway. The site doesn't say anything about if the video arcade is free or not, but I would assume that you would put maybe just quarters or something in it to play. Have fun =]
Would you allow your kids towalk around barefoot in avideo arcade off the beach?
They were playing on the beach and wanted to play video games in the arcade right off the boardwalk. Should I have allowed them to just go barefoot or should I have enforced that they put their shoes back on? I didn't see any signs in the arcade.
I'd have let them go barefoot if the other people in there were barefoot and there were no signs about shoes.
