uterus...........?
okay, I havent had a period in 3 yrs.and i want kids. I went to get on birth control to regulate my period and found out that my uterus is pushed back very far....are they gona fix it and is there any chance that i can still have kids?
honey there is always a chance. A year ago I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycysteric ovarian syndrome). In other words, my eggs were not maturing and coming out of my ovaries, just making cysts on the outside. My gyno told me I couldnt have kids and should just be on birth control to help regulate my periods as they were always irratic. A year later, I became pregnant with twins when I switched my birth controls. The new one gave me just enough of the hormone I wasnt producing to make my eggs mature and become fertilized. Its always possible.
If orgasm makes uteruscontract, how does that nothurt the baby?
I am 10 weeks pregnant, and curious about this. I have read that you shouldn't take certain herbs or teas because it can make your uterus contract - yet orgasms make your uterus contract but that is considered safe? How come it's safe for orgasm to make your uterus contract but it isn't safe for other things to make your uterus contract? Does orgasm contractions of the uterus really not effect the baby? I don't understand. The baby is a tiny fragile thing in your uterus. Thanks.
Ok momma, i know that its super scary and you dont want anything to happen to your little peanut. A orgasm is a wave of contractions that your body has, but your body is contracting all the time while baby is inside. It is practicing and growing and getting ready for birth already. The teas and herbs.. i think the problem is that they can cause the unterus to contract and stay contracted. Being sexually active and having orgasms is totally safe so dont worry about baby. I know it can be a little scary thinking about you tiny little thing and you dont want to harm him or her but their is a TON of padding to keep baby safe.
Is it normal for uterus tohurt in pregnancy?
I am 3 months pregnant and since about 6 weeks I would say my uterus sometimes just hurts. Sometimes only for a second, other times the whole day. My pregnancy is going along just fine and healthy but has anyone else experienced this? It is so painful as my uterus is stretching, I realize its just going to get worse most likely but any remedies or any similar experiences?
I had this same problem with my second pregnancy, and my doctor said that it has to do with the muscles stretching around the uterus, and my best remedy was always to use a heating pad (warm, NOT hot!) at night before you go to sleep. Towards the end from about 7 months on I experienced a LOT of Braxton Hick's contractions, which were quite painful, and I still made it to full term! As long as the pregnancy's healthy and everything is fine, just take measures to make yourself as comfortable as possible, even taking a small dose of Tylenol when it's really bad can do wonders!
