Which error, Type I or Type II, would usually be considered more serious for decisions in a trial to test a murder defendant's claimed innocence, when conviction results in the death penalty? Explain why? Give all possible outcomes and their impact.

In your opinion what type of person is super compatible and has good synergy with this type of person: Somebody who's loyal, shy, and witty. Has a bit of a dark, obscure sense of humor. Is lazy. Somebody who's very smart, but doesn't like to do a lot of things. Somebody who needs a bit of motivation to achieve his goals, doesn't have that much 'inner drive.' Somebody that enjoys helping others, but prefers to 'just chill.' Somebody who enjoys writing, and talking about philosophy and psychology, etc. Somebody who is extremely turned off by arrogance, snooty-ness and social fakery. What type of person is hella compatible with that type in your humble opinion? Serious answers only please! LOL sam, you can be attracted to me anyway.
