Can you show me a good site In fact I have a problem with
my software. I have a Total
Station - Leica TC805. So the
problem is the compatibility
between Leica GeoOffice Tools
(the soft for TS) and the soft
Toposys 5 (a program that
makes the required
compensations). I am an
engineer in Topography, but
this TS (Total Station) is
very hi-tech. So I need a
better edition of Toposys with
Licence.
Note: This question is
adrressed only to Engineers
and Specialists from my field
of work. But the newcomers can
also try to resolve my
problem. Thanks.
Hello anybody out there?!
I mean where are the

Am I so alone?
I mean this site is global so
Why aren't you answering??? :(
Ok jeff can you give me a link
to these forums please :)
Ps: If you find a good one

Hello, your question appears too specific for the engineers who hang around on here. Maybe an engineering forum might give you more access to the right engineers. If you dont know any, you could ask the engineers here how you could interact with engineers in your field, and what are good forums. |

How does the topography effect I'm looking for an answer with
some examples on why the
topography effects weather
Thanx!

I give below a few examples to prove how the topography of a place can affect the weather of that particular place. Mountain areas can create high-pressure areas on the leeward sides, while mountain valleys experience uneven heating between the valley floor and sides.Further, valleys can funnel and intensify winds that blow down them. If the nearby mountain is steep, there is every chance of the formation of cold katabatic winds at night and warm anabatic winds at day time. Sea breeze and land breeze affect the coastal places. Topography (Greek topos, "place", and graphia, "writing") is the study of Earth's surface features or those of planets, moons, and asteroids. In a broader sense, topography is concerned with local detail in general, including not only relief but also vegetative and human-made features, and even local history and culture. This meaning is less common in America, where topographic maps with elevation contours have made "topography" synonymous with relief. The older sense of Topography as the study of place still has currency in Europe. |
