I wanted to buy some concert tickets, but the ticket fees from livenation and ticketmaster are almost 50% on top of the ticket price. Is there a cheaper way to buy tickets without using a scalper or ebay?

Sorry. I know the title is a bit confusing, but basically, I'm going to buy tickets for a concert that go on sale tomorrow morning and I want to get them the minute they go on sale. The question is, what time does Ticketmaster usually have the release time of their ticket sales? I'm thinking it would be somewhere around 7 or 8 AM? Or even earlier? I am trying to get an estimate of how much a concert ticket that I have of the grateful dead would be worth. It was on Fri. April 7 1995 6pm at the Tampa Stadium in Tampa, FL. It was just a few months before Jerry Garcia passed away. The cost to enter the concert was $30.00 I am just trying to get an idea if this is at all valuable or if I should just toss it out. Thanks.
