Unfortunately, the possibilities are endless. They could crash down if he didn't divide the empire or they could survive barely. Roman empire would end earlier if he didn't divide the land IMO. But I think giving you the reason will give you an idea. The reason why Theodosius (whoever that is) divided the empire because the empire is overstretch, barbarians are attacking in multiple sides, there is too much micromanagement, and also problems inside the empire. |
