Close Sargeant. But I'm thinking more along the lines of Stasi police of the old East Germany where 1 in 4 citizens where part of the security apparatus in some way. No brownshirts. Just your ordinary state trooper/Blackwater types everywhere with informants hiding in every nook and cranny. |
