Spelling???
I need help on the spelling of
my baby girls name? With the
help of you all my husband and
I have decided on Lillian
Marie as our baby's name, but
we can't decide how to spell
Lillian. I love unique names,
so I would like to give it a
twist, but I don't want to
butcher it. For short we are
going to spell it Lily. Please
give me your advice. Here are

The one I've seen most often is Lillian and I like it, BUT... I like that Lilyan gives it the slight twist you want, but without making it impossible to figure out or prounounce. My vote: LILYAN. |

Is spelling your middle name a I need to replace my birth
certificate, but I know fo r a
fact they spell my middle name

You need to request the certificate using the full name that is on the records. That means the spelling that you don't like. If you want the spelling to be different, I suggest you speak with an attorney and formally have your name changed. It's not a complicated process. |
