Is Yahoo music unlimited I have sony music unlimited
and know I can transfer my
music to "Compatible Devices".
I know that the Sony Giga
panel accepts wma files but is
that all there is to it? Does
the sony subscription music
(Not MP3s but the subscription
part) allow downlading to the
sony player?

In order for the Sony Giga panel (or any other portable device) to be compatible with the Yahoo Music Unlimited service, it needs to supports Microsoft's DRM (digital rights management) codec, which is called Janus. From the quick research I did, it does not appear the Giga panel supports Janus. So, you'll only be able to move non-DRM WMA files to the Sony, which does not include subscription or purchased tracks. |

What is the best Sony Ericsson I need a new phone and another
portable music player (such as
an iPod or mp3 player) but
thought it was easier to
combine the two so I am
