i pulled my SemimembranosusMuscle, how do i make it betersoon??
i pulled it while stretching....its a hamstring muscle, it hurts alot when i stretch it, otherwise theres very little pain or no pain at all...but see im a dancer so i HAVE to stretch! and wehn i do some of the dance moves that require it 2 be flexible it hurts...i have been resting it for a while now...maybe over a month....how can i make it heal faster?
Ice it, massage, stretch easy, do not over stretch, warm up good, wrap it tightly or wear a compression sleeve. How did you pull the strain the semimembranosus without injuring the semitendinosus,and the biceps femoris?
pain in my the muscle behindmy knee (semimembranosus) ithurts when i straightenit.what should i do?
i went trick-or-treating last night(last year doing that lol) and i walked up really big hills and around so i was walking around for about 6 hours im about to approach 2 big hills and i feel a pain in the back of my knee but i ignore it and keep going by the end of the night im limping but i try my hardest not to went to bed with my left leg bent.it hurts so bad when i straighten my leg that i cry im not sure if its a sprain,or pulled muscle or w/e but the back of my left knee feels bigger (swollen) than my right it feels kinda soft and yea so im in freakish pain WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!?!please and thank you!oh and im a dancer so i need it to heal fast and i dont take any meds so dont bother telling me to take them!lol
