How do you get of mental First of all, I want to
clarify that I have mental
rumination. It feels like a
pressure is pushing inwards on
my head and even though I got
it diagnosed by my
psychiatrist, I am still
doubting that I have it - I am
mentally ruminating again.
Anyway, I know there are
techniques of letting go but I
don't seem to want to...

This sounds interesting.... http://nativeremedies.com/ocd- alternative-treatment.shtml I may even have to look into it myself as I have OCD and I'm not willing to take drugs to assist me with it. This product has definitely caught my attention though - read about it! Anyway.... good luck to your friend. OCD isn't easy to deal with but it can be dealt with and one can still have a decent quality of life through it all too - at least that's been my experience. |
