Rio Grande?
How many states does the Rio Grande run through, and what states does it help make up the Boarder to Mexico with? I already know the answer to this, I want to test peoples knowledge of how well they know the country they live in.
The source is in CO. It vertically & unevenly bisects NM. & it forms TX's southern border. & just 2 inform u of how well I no such geography, I asked a question earlier about whether the Rio Grande actually dries up b4 it reaches the Gulf of Mexico. & according to Wikipedia, that's cuz there's a sandbar at the mouth of the river, & I think there's a drought that limits the river's flow.
Is there a difference betweenthe Lower Rio Grande Valleyand the Rio Grande Valley?
Can someone tell which part of the Rio Grande Valley also goes by the name of "Lower Rio Grande Valley". And perhaps it would also be interesting to know which cities constitute the "Rio Grande Valley". Thanks!
The Rio Grande Valley is located along the extreme southern tip of Texas along the Rio Grande River. It basically includes cities such as Roma and Rio Grande City eastward to McAllen, Harlingen and Brownsville. The lower RGV is basically the eastern half of that area, roughly from McAllen to Brownsville.
How friendly are the peopleand how is the weather in theRio Grande Valley?
Many tourists that have ocassion to visit South Texas' Rio Grande Valley (RGV) express their satisfaction with the people, its historic value, it's the weather. If you know of anyone's opinion about the RGV's people, history and/or their waether would you answer this inquiry. Jose Welcome DaBabyChula05, it's good to know that you are a part of our South Texas. Jose
Hi, i live in the "RGV", in TEXAS (not TAXES) and I really like it here. Some people might find the weather to be really hot but eventually you get used to it, and in the Winter time it does not get that cold, so that's a plus. Don't worry, about being bored here, because I'm sure you will find plenty of things to do!
