The pyramidal tract. Upper motor neuron lesions result in flaccid tone. LMN lesions result in spastic tone. (if I remember right)
The corticospinal (pyramidal)tract..? plz help!!?
This is for control of postural adjustments The cell bodies of the neurons in this pathway originate in the primary motor cortex This is for control of automatic movements like walking along a flat, even surface This pathway crosses over in the spinal cord This consists of three neurons in a relay to the cortex thank u!! (:
its for controll of fine skilled movementsand consists only of two order neurons
why do pyramidal tractscross???
because the right side of your brain controls movement to the left side of your body and vise versa.
