Need help finding a book about I'm looking for a book or
other reference that has
information on the history of
the world's first public opera
house, the Teatro San

Might be a bit challenging, huh? You've probably already googled. The first link is to the books (when I write history Teatro San Cassiano books) and the second link is general, for other mentions. What you might want to do is something I used to do - found one reference, used what I could, and then used references listed for on the info I did find to springboard and find more. Also, focus on some detail. Is it the building? Is it the first opera? Is it a performer? If you can break it down, you might find something helpful. Honestly, the best thing would be to hop a plane and check out where it was, find locals that know the history and just soak it all up. Wouldn't that be fun? :) If I find anything else, I'll post it later. Best to you! |
