I think someone is playing a trick on you or you have misunderstood the question. The entire emphasis of the Nazi party was WW1 that is the First World War was a disaster for Germany as it was "stabbed in the back" by traitors in its midst making the terrible sacrifices made by German families totally in vain. If the question is why would a Second World war be good then the above replies are good. |

How was propaganda effectively I'm doing a research paper on
propaganda and how it was
effectively used on the people
(in the Soviet Union and the
United States). I just need a
few reasons to say why it was
effective.
Any ideas would be great.
Thanks

The Allies also used much of the same propaganda as the Germans did. Their is a show on the History Channel on it. They used Nostradamus just as the Germans did but instead against them. They used major deceptions and propaganda such as with Patton and his false army and its broadcasts from Scotland making them think D-DAY would be at the Pas De Calais and not Normandy and they actually left a dead trooper with the REAL Normandy plans on him hoping they would take it as a deception. They made fake planes, tanks and all sorts of sounds too. The US and UK used TV and Radio to raise money via organizations like USO. Disney made films depicting an evil Nazi Empire and Japanese expansion. Their are so many examples. What kind of keywords are you using in your search? I hope this helps some. |
