Does McCain Really think Putin "I was in a conference in
Germany over the weekend and
President Putin of Germany
gave one of the old Cold War
style speeches"
Senile?
Does this prove that the old,
liberal, open border-loving
codger is too old to be
President?

Do you really believe the slop you're serving ? McCain obviously mis-spoke . All of us non-perfect people have done that thousands of times in our lives . Perhaps you think you're perfect ? I don't know, but I do know you've just displayed ignorance bordering on insolence. . . . childish insolence . In school, when you took a test,. . . .did you ever get any of the answers wrong ? - Assuming you admit that you got some answers wrong. . . . Were you lying ?. . . Did you know the right answer but mistakenly write-down the wrong answer ?. . . .Are you senile because you did that ? BTW, McCain and I, and millions of others have bravely served our country . Have you ? |

What was the difference Hindenburg appointed Hitler as
Chancellor, so was it like a
Vice President position?
|
|

The new constitution of the 1919 Weimar Republic said that the Chancellor was appointed by the German President, but that the parliament had the right to dismiss a chancellor or any of the ministers. Under the Weimar Republic, the Chancellor was a fairly weak figure, serving as little more than a chairman. Cabinet decisions were made by majority vote. In fact many of the Weimar governments depended highly on the cooperation of the President, due to the difficulty of finding a majority in Parliament. |
