How do you attach a littlevelvet pouch to your medievalbelt?
Should I run the belt through the drawstrings, or tie them around the belt, or what? Either way, it would seem difficult to remove and open the pouch. How did they really do it?
I have a small velvet puch whose drawstrings are long enough to loop around the belt and the bag to make a hawkeye knot ( I think that's the right name) but it allows me enough slack that i could slip my hand in if I wanted to.
How do you get rid of thepouch on your pubic area?
I used to weigh 350lbs now im going down quite fast close to 190 now and im toning up gradually. I've been able to find a slurry of resources on each body part. However, the pouch on top of your pubic bone, right below your belly, where your pubic hairs grow doesnt want to get toned. So how do i getrid of that particular part? Are there specific exercises to get rid of that area. Or should I just keep doing ab crunches and hope that its rid of one day?
First of all, congratulations!! On to your question....I think it depends on your age, which relates to the elasticity of the skin on your body. My father lost weight like you did, about 70 lbs. He is in his 50's and the doctor told him only surgery to remove the skin would work, because of his age. I hear it's actually common with people who have lost alot of weight. Try consulting a doctor, which I hope you've been seeing after losing such a large amount of weight. Good Luck!
How do i lose the stomachpouch without losing too muchfat?
I have heard that in order to lose the stomach pouch, you have to reduce your total amount of body fat. I still want to keep the fat "up and down" there - if you know what i mean - how do i lose the puch without losing all the fat? PS: any more tips on losing the stomach pouch?
Core exercises (crunches, medicine ball, plank position, etc)will srengthen your abs which will carry the fat a better and make things abit more pert. However, when the body loses fat, you cant exactly chose where the fat is burnt from so your body will just have to decide for you! Thats why we all have different body shapes.
