Why do some people think your have to be a good athlete to be physically fit. Explain why it is a mistake to believe that health-related physical fitness is just for athletes?
Health related fitness is not just for athletes. Keeping fit helps your immune system, your cardiovascular system, Your brain function. You don't have to train like an Olympic competitor to derive these benefits; however by all means try to do something to keep fit. You will without a doubt live a more productive life and reduce greatly a number of lifestyle related diseases. Find something you can get into. Hiking, swimming, Tai Chi, there are many things to keep you motivated find something.
