hi there no choice now but to do an emergency tracheotomy,need a knife and a piece of tubing with at least a 1/4 inch hole, in the hollow of the throat 2 finger widths above the chest bone, using a finger tip you can feel the cartilage of the treac.between the cartilage you must push the tip of the knife blade in, no more than 1/2 inch, pull out the blade and slide the tube in, see if you can find a way to secure the tube from being sucked in to the incision, wrap some absorbent material around the tube to soak up the blood .transport immediately to nearest hospital, good luck |
