What's a romantic destinationin Europe, North Africa or theCaribbean for valentines?
I was thinking for Europe, maybe like Greece, they (my parents) have been to Spain,France,Italy, Malta,Germany, Austria,Romania,Turkey already. I considered North Africa but I'm told you have to get a shot to go to Egypt. Do you have to get one to go to Tunisia? Lastly considered the Caribbean but don't know anything about there.
=) You can consider the Spanish Cities in Morocco or cross into Morocco there are some nice places it is considered exotic. For Valentines... most Spanish people go to París... I'm not sure why it is suppose to be a ´loving city´ or they'll go some where hot like the Canary Islands [for Spanish it's cheaper to fly inside Spain than leave] so a lot of people vacation in the Canary Islands... 20€ flight hotel for 300€ =) and all the drinks free - but it might not be so romantic
How long would it take tocross the Mediterranean sea byboat from North Africa toItaly?
I'm writing a diary of an illegal immigrant for my geography homework, and I need to know: How long would it take to go from North Africa to Italy across the Mediterranean sea? Thanks!
The shortest crossing would be from Binzert in Tunisa to Masala in Sicily but that is not a route immigrants would use. Thr main routes are from Senegal, Mauritania or Western Sahara to Spain and some of those routes can take up to six or seven days. Sadly, a lot of people die in the crossing.
