Nothing. But God does have a plan for his creation. He brought it forth from nothing and is responsible for it. We imperfect can not understand Perfect. Keep asking though, we have a free will that He respects. |

Why is the old testament so I don't understand why the God
of the old testament of the
bible seems so angry. So many
stories in the old testament
are very disturbing. Then the
new testament is so loving and
good. Did God change His mind
about how he wanted to be?
Only christians please answer,
I am not looking to hear any
"there is no God" stuff.

In the OT God was understandably upset with Adam for his disobedience. In the OT God is actually teaching "Adam" (mankind) a lesson - that Adam the man shoudl have obeyed God. The OT is all about life for God's first chosen people - the Hebrews. It shows God's holy, just and righteous side. In the NT, we see God's merciful and graceful side. His anger with "adam" has been assuaged with the perfect sacrifice of His only begotten Son. The NT is all about God's newly chosen people - His Christians! With knowledge of BOTH testaments, we have a complete picture of God! |

Why is the old testament so It has been said that the new
testament is [concealed] in
the old and the old testament
is [revealed] in the new
testament. Is it true that you
will find more about Jesus in
the old and His soon coming.
