what ended the fighting between native americans and the united states and gave the government right of entry to native american lands in the northwest territory?
Nothing ended it per se, the surviving NAs essentially surrendered, and the Us did what it wanted.

When the enslavement began in the United States, Native Americans had been occupying the territory for many years. Which of the following is NOT a reason why there was no success enslaving the Native Americans? A.Native Americans could not survive certain diseases that Europeans in the U.S. brought from Europe. B.Native Americans were not used to plantation-style labor. C.Native Americans were less likely to accept the conditions of enslavement due to the Africans
C and D both have merits. Despite the diversity of cultures among native Americans, I can't think of any tribes who would have accepted slavery as preferable to death. Perhaps some of the Southwest agricultural tribes would have, but by the time there was significant interaction with those groups, the time of slavery had passed.

B is NOT the reason. They could have been forced to labor anyway. The problem was they were too suspecitible to disease, they were unlikely to accept slavery, and they knew the terrain. Africans had had slavery for thousands of years, were hardier, and they DIDN'T know the terrain of the US. They had no place to go.
