I have to write an Obituary for Napoleon Bonaparte. I have most of the facts, but can someone please tell me how I would go about beginning the obituary? I've never written one and I'm kind of lost on where to start.

Well I know it isn't B since Napoleon had a strong centralized government. I don't believe its A either. It ain't C since the Committee of Public Safety had no moderation and Napoleon restored it. So I would go with D since Napoleon was a strong leader as well as Maximilien Robespierre and his partners.
