I just got a mp3 player and I am trying to figure out how to download music to it from my computer. Do I have to download music to a CD first then burn it to the mp3 player? I have the plug that goes with the mp3 player into the computer? Can I just plug in the usb plug and begin downloading? How does this work?Plase help me.
You can download music from the net to your media players music library and RIP music from Cd's. You didn't say the name of your player so I'm going to show you a fee ways to put music on your player. Does anyone have a site i can get music from. That i dont have to download anything. Just search music find the song drag and drop into iTunes. NOT BEARSHARE OR LIMWIRE. I dont want to give my computer a virus. people at my school have gotten viruses from limwire and bearshare and i dont want those to. I DONT WANT TO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING iTunes just doesnt have some of the songs I am looking for.
You can go to a store and buy a cd. no downloading and no computer virus. There another problem solved. Edit- On a more serious note limewire is not as bad as you think. Just remember to only download songs that have 3,000 kbs or 2 or 3 mbs not 780kbs as these small files are usually viruses. Also do NOT download .exe files as these too are also viruses. You should only download .zip or .rar files as you can check the contents before activating any thing. if you follow these simple tips you shouldnt have a problem with limewire. I have been using limewire for years and have never gotten a virus.
How to download the playbackmusic tht a website has?
Som websites whn u open them, hav a playback music tht keeps running automatically on the launch of a website. How do i locate the source of tht music & download it?
When at the web site, click "View | Source" menu. Look for an an tag, and whatever it says in the "src=..." attribute. If there is no such thing, look for an an tag, and whatever it says in the "src=..." attribute. If *that* is missing, as well, there may be a "bgsound=..." (EWWWW!!!) in the tag. If none of those are there, they may be using Flash... or an iframe... ... use a sound recorder. You're not really at fault for getting the music (it's almost like recording of the radio) - because whoever has it playing is - legally - broadcasting, most probably without a license... which is called very illegal. It's not the *getting* that's considered illegal (unless you're caught red-handed... burden of proof of pre-ownership lies with the prosecution) - it's *sharing* (through P2P, download links... or playing as background music) that's illegal. UNLESS you're talking about a band's website music, in which case you *would* be in the wrong, because I'm sure they're not giving permission (if they did, they would have download links available)
