how do you get online The merchandise I bought (a
37" LCD TV) was defective,
albeit had no physical damage.
Is there a way for me to
negotiate with them so I dont
have to pay the shipping just
so I can get a replacement TV?

They have to pay for the shipping if it is indeed defective, call the company that you bought it from and they will give you an RMA#(return merchandise authorization) they will issue a call tag(UPS/FEDX) and they will have it picked up at your home. Once they get it back they will determine if it is defective(if it is then they will ship you a replacement) Hope this helps EDIT: Wasnt ebay was it? might have to do some negotiating with ebay itself if it was |
