my mom married my dad who is an american. he went there to marry her and then went back early for his job, and she followed the next month. yes your marriage is valid anywhere you go. file the documents as soon as you want. all the paper work will be done but it might take a little linger cause you know how filipinos like to process papers...... it takes a while, but im sure you'l have no problems |

A prenup is NOT the marriage cert. I dont know if your prenup will still be legal in Canada. You may need to see a lawyer and find out if it is still legal or if you need to make a new one. But CIC ONLY want to see the marriage cert. Prenups are of no importance to them. |

I met my fiance here in the net,we met each other after chatting 4 mos.and we're both inlove each other.After 5 mos.he came back and proposed to me but before he proposed he told me he's married but they don't live each other anymore.I accepted it because I truly love and believe in him a lot..After 3 ,os.he came back again to see me and stay together for 1 month.After 8 mos.he came back and I found out that he's still with his wife,but his wife talk to me that they don't do anything anymore.I accepted it again,but I felt like he can't give her up and I am waiting for 2 yrs.now..I don't know anymore if he's telling me the truth or not.What do I have to do now?Do I still have to wait even I am not sure about his plan..And everytime,we fought or having a misunderstanding,,he always asking me to return all the gifts that he already gave which I never ask from him..I don't know what to do anymore..please,any advice there?(I am willing to give and return everything that he gave he has given to me..
