Jobs???????????
So Im applying for a job at this supermarket which is always looking for people and everybody gets jobs there. Two of my friends in the last 2 weeks got jobs. And theyre getting pretty desperate because theyre looking for temporary workers if theres a strike. I applied online and last time they called me (i got talked out of going to the interview.) without me calling them. I dont know if i should call them this time. My friend always said i should call but i worry about coming across as pushy. And should I Iapply at the temp workers job fair too? IOr should I just stay wiith my online app? And should I call?
Well in my opinion you should probably go and do an interview. A lot of employers that sit face to face with possible employees like to see the attitude of the person. Sometimes pushy is a good thing showing that things will get done when you are put on a task
What jobs are there in thebusiness field that are nightjobs?
What jobs are there in the business field that are night jobs? Places and job titles please. Im have a BA in Business Admin and looking for a night job, already have a morning/day job.
Hotels and other 24-hour operations have nighttime accounting/bookkeeping positions. Warehousing and freighting is also usually a 24 hour operation, as are retail jobs at 7-11 and other stores (as in night manager).

I'm 27 and still waiting tables. I want an actual career opportunity--something that pays more than the average $250/wk. I have my G.E.D.~ am willing to go to college for training(if needed.) All this job search on line, in person, has become stressfully irritating. It seems like people arent interested in someone who doesn't have exact skills or degrees for the profession~~ I'm a fast learner and I can already do more than a lot of my fellow co-workers based on personal experience. (BUT..I only have a G.E.D.~...why does that restrict so much??)
