What can I do if my employer Is there a law or can I report
my employer to someone if I
don't receive a w-4 by January
31? It will be mailed but I
know that my address is
correct.

The form your employer will mail to you is a W-2, not a W-4. By law, the W-2 must be POSTMARKED, not received, by Jan 31. If you do not receive your W-2 by early next week, contact your employer. |
