Have you ever heard of such a thing? They have me over a barrel since it is under warranty. I am getting the run-around from both Isuzu Customer Service (although I would not call them customer friendly) and the Isuzu dealership that is supposed to be calling me when the part comes in. They keep telling me that the part needs to be released before it can be ordered, meaning that there has to be enough of a need for it before it is "released". The auto shop(non-Isuzu) down the street tells me that they can not only get the part, they can fix immediately. It is my airconditioner so pretty soon I will need it again (I live in south) Isuzu will not cover that though. So, I am forced to wait for them to "release" the part to me. I am thinking about writing the BBB and also the "on your side" guy at local TV station. Any suggestions on what to do here?

I have this truck and it has broken down. I want to order the parts my self so that I may send it for the mechanic to fix it for me. I need the OEM part numbers for THE UNIVERSAL JOINT. ISUZU 6BG1 and OEM number for a complete propeller shaft for the same truck. Thanks and hope to have your support soon

It's a 94 Isuzu Rodeo if that matters. I think it's like an alternator suspension bolt. All I know is it keeps my fan/alternator belt from coming off...
