What other years of Isuzu Pup I have a 1984 Isuzu pup and
need a new windshield gasket.
I would like to know what
other year models interchange
and any sources for new parts.

You could call your local Isuzu, or Chev dealer, or an Auto wrecker. They would have an interchange list. Pick n' Pull has an interchange list for most every make and model of vehicle, foreign and domestic |

considering buying a 90s model
Isuzu SUV (i havnt seen it

Honda family. Are Isuzu's good
vehicles to own or am I just
looking for trouble getting
one?
rafn... I know a 90s model is
old but when you're on a tight
budget and your other truck
just took a crap on you, you
gotta do what you can

not at all I used to work for an Isuzu dealer the older isuzus are a maintenance nightmare the parts are all dealer parts they are hard to work on like for instance to replace the starter half the front end and exhaust have to come off and the older isuzus (pre 97) are rust buckets so in order to replace something half of the hardware will snap and break causing what should be an easy straightforward repair to snowball into something that requires thousands of dollars STAY AWAY FROM OLDER ISUZUS even the newer ones have a lot of the same issues the dealership I worked for was a Mazda/Isuzu dealer and we kicked Isuzu out because the vehicles were so unreliable and customers would get so mad at us \! |
