Instrument?
Do you or did you play an
instrument in band? If so
which one and did you like it
or would you go back and
change what you picked?
I play the clarinet, and I
like it, but sometimes I wish
I'd played the sax.
I do know a little saxaphone,
and am planning on trying it
for pit next year. That's a
great goal, by the way!

Great question.. I play the trumpet..it wasn't my first choice (I wanted to play the baritone horn), but I do like it a lot. I specifically like it because it's not very common at my school to find female trumpet players, so it makes me stand out a little more. If I could do it over again, though, I would probably pick saxophone or clarinet. I've actually set a goal of trying every instrument before I graduate high school (in 2009), but so far I've only gotten lessons on the flute and baritone. |

The money market fund or account manager determines what kind of assets they consider worthy. Read the prospectus for the fund or account. In addition, the fund or account manager has some flexibility in how they implement the fund or account guidelines. There may be some federal standards too. Not sure about that. Buyer Beware! The "gold standard" for money market funds is Vanguard's treasury MM fund, which invests entirely in treasury bonds. |

How to build an instrument for I have to build an musical
instrument and play a
recognizable song in front of
the class on it. The
instrument has to be able to
play an octave, and be tuned.
(So, no percussion instruments
like a drum.) Does anyone have
any good ideas? I'm looking
for something easy to
construct, since I really am
not good at difficult projects
that involving building
things. Any good websites with
instructions for constructing
the instrument would be very
helpful!
