obviously the key or keys? as in the keys to heaven, or the kingdom or special knowlege. i would think the shepard's crook would also be used. a human figure prostrated would also be appropriate for subjecting oneself to the divine in the direct fashion oftentimes bishops are represented by the mitre. |
