i am just really bored and i wanted to know a fun game to use up my time. CAN YOU HELP?

I want to play those really fun games like Dinner Dash, Burger Island, and Cake Mania for free with out downloading them because my dad doesn't let me. So if you could tell me where i could get those please.

It was a racing game that you sat down at. The steering wheel had feedback and you raced on a track with checkpoints and if you didn't make the checkpoint, you just rolled to a stop. Sometimes, if you were close enough to a checkpoint, you'd roll through it and actually get some more race time. You could choose either an automatic or manual transmission, and we always thought it was fun to redline it before the race and squeal our tires. The part about the game that I remember most was that if your time was good enough, you got to race a "final" race where the arcade game actually remembered the fastest driver of a certain course so you actually got race against a human opponent of sorts. I remember that the track had a fork in it where you could either go straight or curve to the right and in the final race, the path going straight was blocked off, but my buddy crashed through it and beat people by "cheating" this way. We played this around 1992 or '93 in Iowa. Thanks for any help.
