471 is extremely low. If you do not have anyone who will co-sign for you, I would pay someone to put the truck in their name for you. If they have good credit you would save with the rates. I do not think anyone will be willing though with such a low score. Things happen and you have to do what you have to do but the reality is that low credit scores means increase risk of not paying. Therefore, I suggest this method as your plan if you can not bribe anyone. Give the person a deposit with the promise that you are going to secure credit. Go to the artofcredit.com or www.creditnet.com and research plans on how to repair credit. It is very easy and takes only a few letters and time. I had low 600's to high 500's and over a period of six months my credit score was in the 720's. It can be done and with the low credit score you will have a lot of points you can get back.
