Courtship?
So what are your opinions on Courtship? I honestly think it's the most Biblical and best way to go about things...
Courtship is awesome. Its getting away from the western way of casual dating, whose only goal is selfishness. I courted the woman who would be my future wife, and we not only felt it was the godly way, but I've found that others that are now dating look up to us as a model of godly dating.

What do homsexuals do duringthe courtship stage of homorelationship?
Like what they do, what they give their partner, how they confess their feelings and stuff. I'm writing a paper about "Homosexual Relationship: Courtship" due this week. Please help me out! I have no idea in this kind if thing...
That really depends. I know guys who are strictly old fashioned, go out on dates, hang out, and will not be sexual with each other until they are in a blessed, long-term relationship. On the other hand, there are guys, nice fellows, but they are lonely and horny, go to a gay bar, meet a nice guy, and go home together so they can share sex. It may end there as a hot hookup, or it may develop into a relationship, depending on what the guys want. So you see, there is no one courtship model. Now think carefully about *why* that is. For centuries, gay guys have been hated, hunted, even burnt at the stake. It has not been safe to openly love another person of the same sex, court them, and marry them. It was easier to be quiet about it, closeted, and just have random encounters with nice guys they met along the way. On the other hand, heterosexual monogamy has been a long development. Used to be that men had multiples wives and concubines. Even King Charlemagne around 800 A.D. still had a wife and concubines! Marriage rules got more strict, and the medieval Catholic Church took control over marriage and made the beginning of what we know as a "wedding". It really wasn't until the 1700s and 1800s that a more strict, Puritan and Victorian ethic was accepted by society in general. Then, many people were virgins when they got married. Now, after the 1960s, it is again more permissive. But...at least straights got to develop a courting time. We never had that privilege or chance, so we are starting from scratch! So again, the more traditional gay guys model themselves using straight courtship ideas from the Victorian Era (1800s). And other gay guys are just as sexually free as other young straight males, and share loving sex when they can with a guy who seems cute and nice, and eventually settle down. Some churches now have a same-sex holy union blessing ceremony. Others do not. It is still evolving for us.
