Bodybuilding?
I have always thought about starting bodybuilding, but have never gotten around to figuring it out. =( I'm 16 years old, around 5'8" and about 125 pounds. First off am I to young to even start bodybuilding? I've heard its not good to start too young. Also I don't understand how do you know what to work out each day? In the future I want to look like the pros Jay Cutler and etc... but for now I just would like to get a 6 pack and a more defined looking body. How should I start out with this? Please help.... thanks =D
Alright, I would say that you're not to young to start training for body building. Your not going to magically get HUMONGOUS muscles gains in a year, so there is no risk. Baisc prinicples of body building. NEVER train the same muscle group two days in a row. Even if you arent sore, you muscles still need to recover. Most people go arms monday, legs tuesday, resting on wednesay, arms on thursday, legs on friday, and then some people work on the weekend or take it off. I personally prefer at least two days off a week so my muscles have extra time to recover. Now, remember, body builders arent that strong actually. They want to look awesome, so they eat HORRIBLY to have like 3% body fat and make their veins pop out for competitions. Not good at all. That is professional body building though. The strongest men in the world are actually some pretty big guys with plenty of body fat on them so they're muscles arent very defined. It all depends on what you want. There are exercise techniques good for building muscles and those that are good for building strength (two different things, however there are hybrid techniques that do a little bit of both at the same time.) For more information, I would suggest going to http://www.bodybuilding.com and going to the supersite, not the store site.
How can I start bodybuildingwith a diet without eatingseveral meals a day?
Hi I am a bit of a chubby guy and was wanting to start bodybuilding. I go to the gym in the morning a few days a week working different bodygroups as needed but don't have the time to have the six meals a day required because I work a lot. Is there any eating plan I could use to still bodybuild with great results but not have to have six meals a day?

Whats the best way to startbodybuilding?
I am 13 years old and I really want to start bodybuilding. Its been a big dream of mine to have muscles like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Because of my age, what is the best way to start training? Thankyou!
At your age I would start out using bodyweight exercises. Pushups, situps, pullups, dips, etc. Get good and strong on these before you move onto lifting weights.
