Black Sea?
Is the black sea the deepest mass of water in the world. also have you noticed this hole ? http://maps.google.com/maps?f= q&hl=en&geocode=&time=&date=&t type=&q=black+sea&sll=10.46620 6,168.288574&sspn=10.077584,14 .941406&ie=UTF8&ll=45.493834,3 2.174835&spn=0.449557,0.933838 &t=h&z=10&om=1
I think that spot is a, not so deep part, of the Black Sea. Interesting question. The reason I think that black spot is a shallow spot is because I am comparing it to the reef along the land which is also darker. The deepest mass of water used to be the Atlantic Ocean, near the triangle, but whose to tell. Very cool, thank you...
What distance would it be totravel from Regensburg to theBlack Sea along the Danube?
In my final calculations I am trying find out the total distance from Rotterdam to the estuary of the Danube where it enters the Black Sea. One day I'd like to be able to travel on a cruise through 10 countries, and just interested to know more. Thanks for the research. Rate you're going you'll prollie get the 10 points unless someone gives a better answer. Useful to know and I ever do get the chance to travel on a boat, you'd be welcome to join me.
I did some research and found out that it's almost 2,000 miles from rotterdam, netherlands to sulina, romania a city where the Danube goes into the Black Sea. If you want to be more exact, it's 1,971 miles. This took me like 15 minutes of research, and I hope this helps you a lot!
