appetite suppressant ?
Can anyone suggest an appetite suppressant that you have tried and works?
Load up on water based foods, such as watermelon, water chestnuts, cucumbers, and asparagus. They'll keep you feeling fuller longer because they're mostly made up of water. They also act as a mild diuretic so they'll help you lose excess water weight also. Best of luck!
What is the best legalappetite suppressant inCalifornia?
I work out and eat somewhat healthy. I lost 50 pounds last year and went down to a 6-pac, but it was a ton of work and now I don't have as much time to exercise. I've come to the realization that when I have heat exhaustion from running or biking in the sun it's a natural appetite suppressant. When I don't have it, I'm hungry. I can work out hard, but unless I have heat exhaustion I'll still be hungry. Is there anything out there that can mimic that feeling? It must be legal, and I'm not looking for a fat burner.
I have recently read that eating foods with capsaicin (the ingredient in hot peppers) with reduce appetite.
Is there an appetitesuppressant that does notcontain caffeine?
I'm looking for an appetite suppressant that does not contain caffeine. I have been off caffeine for 6 years due to medical problems. But I need to suppress my appetite to lose weight. I have the diet that I need but I get hungry between meals.
An appetite suppressant that does not contain caffeine? Hmmm....how about water? Most people confuse thirst with hunger pains. And being thirsty is actually the first signs of dehydration. So drink tons of water, and lay off the crappy suppressants! Your body will thank you.
