By virtue of asking this question, you demonstrate you lack the programming skill necessary to accomplish this goal. Additionally, there's no need to reinvent the wheel. If the software you are using now for OCR does not work properly, simply use a better program. Most modern OCR programs allow you to train the software to recognize characters within a given typeface family / handwriting sample. |

As yet there is not Urdu OCR software. But you can export the file into Adobe Illustrator CS3 ME version and try editing it. You can also use any urdu writing software. For any technical detail you might get help from http://www.wahabltd.com or http://www.languageproz.co.uk. |
