Is it possible that my credit I recently applied for a
credit card, but was denied.
The reason was the company I
work for does not meet their
requirement or that the
company does not earn much or
to that effect. Does this also
mean that the company is at
the verge of closing?
They told me that I passed the
salary requirement. Except for
the company because it is not
earning that much. Actually,
this is the first time I heard
of this. It is a bank in the
middle east. I can't believe I
got denied because my company
has a poor credit score?

if you need to get a credit card you need to contact and get a loan in other wards better your self you can get the loan even if you even have bad credits. Why do banks keep sending On one hand we are all being
told to not have credit &
watch our spending, so why do
banks keep sending us
"attractive" credit card
offers?
Do you think they should?

I don't think that banks should be allowed to 'entice' people to take credit credit cards via mail shots, likewise bank loans. If a person wants a loan or credit card, then they should have to apply for them via their own bank in person, imagine how much ID fraud could be prevented. Also, by applying in person they would not be able to lie about income and out goings because their bank would already have details, that way a great deal of debt and heartache could be avoided. |

How can we cancel ICICI bank I had applied for an ICICI
credit card. But now i want to

If you have the reference number of the application then call up the helpline and quote the reference number and request for cancellation. This should work. Otherwise when you call up the helpline and give as much details to help them find the application and get it cancelled. Probably you will have to speak to the manager who will be available at that time. |

Does anyone know why Old Navy I have applied twice and they
have never even sent me a
letter or anything. I have a
Credit Score of 700 so that
can't be the reason.

Did you apply in the store or online? I work at the store and we are told that applicants that are not approved will receive a letter within 10 days. If you were approved, you would have found out instantly (20 seconds at register). You say you applied twice, so I doubt that a mistake to the address was made twice. The phone number for the Old Navy Card is 1-877-ACCOUNT, give them a call and see what's up, if they have any record of your application on file. If you applied online, I'm not sure how that works, I have never done it that way. |
