To answer the main question: Shakira was probably taught how to belly dance by her family, but with that knowledge it just takes appreciation to become good when dancing, because if your set upon doing it, you can do it, especially with belly dance because its relatively easy to learn. |

Jeans and a cute top. Unless you're at a very civilized and controlled venue, chances are it'll be hot and sweaty. So make sure it isn't a top that will show moisture (there is a lot of sweat involved at some concerts, yours and other people's, yuck, I know!) and won't get pulled down easily if you get stuck in a mob of people jumping up & down. |
