Royal Navy recruitment: help Hi. I am hoping to go for RN
Warfare Officer and have my RT
tests at the end of the month.

I'd be grateful if anyone who
has done AIB recently could
let me know a little more
about what I am in for; the
planning exercise (Day 3) and
aptitude tests (Day 2) are
where I think I could let
myself down, but I generally
sail through interviews and
oral tests.
Waht can I do to best prepare
for these sorts of tests? All
I have done so far is dug out
my old GCSE maths revision
books.

I was always told that they joined the Navy because they can work for 20 years and then go back to the Philippines and live like kings on their retirement income. Not a bad deal for them really. When I left the Navy in August 2005, there was not a shortage of Filipinos, so I don't think the recruiting ever really stopped. |

Is there a Green Card program I'm hoping that someone
serving in the Navy or a Navy
lawyer or someone really
familiar with Navy recruitment
can answer this for me.
I recently talked with a
recruiter but I'm trying to
get more info from other
people in the Navy too because
sometimes recruiters don't
know everything because
there's just a lot of
different cases. So I'm just
hoping that someone who knows
this could answer my question.
If you can't give a decent
answer, don't waste your time
answering and don't waste my
time by having to read crap

I researched this before. You must get a green card BEFORE they let you in the military. Once in the military, they will help you with citizenship. |
