Has anyone used online divorce My wife and i have agreed to
divorce. I am looking at
online divorce services...in
particular:
managed-divorce.co.uk.
Im just after feedback of any
whos used this service before
i part with my hard earned.

I know someone who used the $300 online crap. I say crap because I want to. I guess it worked fine in the US..but as for the UK...I don't know. Perhaps get a recommendation from a lawyer on what to use? I would think most would work....if it is uncontested it is a lot easier. |

In the United States my cousin used an online service in an uncontested divorce. It cost $600 and worked just fine. The key is.. you both have to agree to everything! |

I used an online document prep service here in the states. I completed a questionnaire for them based on my situation and then prepared the divorce papers for me. I then filed and served them to my spouse and went to my court date. It was very easy and I'm glad to have found them. Whatever you chose, be sure to research the company very well, you don't want someone to mess this up because of inexperience. |
