What online divorce sites have the option for the paupers oath?
I was told on a previous question that i had yesterday that i can get my papers online or go the office max so that i dont have to pay that much.Do you know if the Paupers Oath covers all of the fees even if you file online or get it at the court?
Have you checked out this site... http://nofaultdiv.com/contents .html
I have never heard of this oath. There is no way that the government court houses will give you a cheaper way to file for divorce. They charge what they charge, its not based on income or anything like that. Each state has designated filing fees that you have to pay in order to file for divorce. It can be a cheaper divorce if you do it yourself by using a document prep service instead of going through a lawyer. That is the way I went....you can get low cost divorce papers at many places, but you better make sure they're legit (I've heard of people getting false/incorrect papers). Plus make sure you can complete them correctly, otherwise you'll really be in trouble and wasting a lot of money.
