You could apply again right away, but know that it will affect your FICO score. Applying for several cards in a short period of time will knock the score down a bit. I would recommend waiting at least 6 months before applying for another card. You might want to (if you haven't already) get a copy of your three credit reports from AnnualCreditReport.com and check them to see if there is anything on there that could be removed or cleaned up. Applying for too many credit cards in a short space of time and can damage your FICO score. Might I suggest addressing the issue on why your initial application was declined.
