is there a way to reduce the is it possible if I wish to
settle the RIAA lawsuit for an
amount lesser than the $3000
as mentioned? Can anyone

It's cheaper just to pay for the music in the first place. Ripping it off is stealing, just like a burglar that broke into your house and stole things. If you continue to steal other peoples' work then you can look forward to more of the same. |

They are very strict about their settlement offers..they are not taking less then $3000. There are a number of copywrite infringement lawyers out there that specialize in RIAA lawsuits...you may want to get in touch with them and find out your options. |
