Can anyone tell me in detail I need to know if its rare or
not. What it looks like from
the outside, where its found,
is it worth much?

How much it's worth depends on what mineral it's made out of and how big it is. A three inch quartz geode might be a couple of dollars, a three foot amethyst geode might be worth a few hundred. |
